J. Walker Field Key Club Scholarship - This is a one time $1000 scholarship given to graduating Key Club members who exemplify the spirit of Kiwanis through service. In 2012, the Florida Kiwanis Foundation Board of Trustees created the J. Walker Field Scholarship in honor of the man who was accredited with the formation of the Florida Kiwanis Foundation.

George & Ann Langguth Scholarship - George Langguth has been Distinguished District Secretary numerous times. He holds life membership in Kiwanis International and the Florida District of Kiwanis. In his 46 years of Kiwanis membership, he has personally sponsored over 300 men and women into Kiwanis clubs to which he has belonged.

Charles & Emilia Gugliuzza CKI Scholarship - Through the generosity of 2014-15 Florida Kiwanis District Governor Charles Gugliuzza, the Florida Kiwanis Foundation is offering a $1,000 scholarship to an exceptional CKI Student. The PHSC Foundation offers more than 220 endowed scholarships and over 50 annual scholarships which are made possible through generous contributions from local private businesses, foundations, civic organizations, and individuals.

The PHSC Foundation offers more than 220 endowed scholarships and over 50 annual scholarships which are made possible through generous contributions from local private businesses, foundations, civic organizations, and individuals.

The American Legion Legacy Scholarship is a needs-based scholarship designed to fulfill a financial gap remaining after all federal and state educational grants/scholarships available to an eligible applicant have been utilized.

The PHSC Foundation offers more than 220 endowed scholarships and over 50 annual scholarships which are made possible through generous contributions from local private businesses, foundations, civic organizations, and individuals. 

Scholarships are awarded by the Financial Aid Office with the assistance of the online scholarship program software that matches the applications with the scholarship criteria designed by the donors. These matches are then provided to the scholarship selection committee, a cross-section of PHSC staff and faculty who make the final decision.

Apply for Student Scholarship

Students may apply online for a Foundation scholarship. The priority deadline for applying for a Foundation scholarship is the second Friday in April. Many scholarships are based on demonstrated financial need as established by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), so all students are encouraged to complete the online FAFSA.

a) This will include uploading the following documents to be submitted electronically along with your application: Two (2) letters of recommendation and your personal essay.

8. Submit a TYPED, one-page 450 to 500-word essay, describing personal challenges you overcame, academic and career goals, and how you plan to use your education or training to help society at large. This will be submitted with your online application.
